Our story began in 1997 with the establishment of Shree Ganesh Textiles by Mr. Sandeep Kanodia, who brought with him a deep passion and expertise in textile sourcing and trading. What started as a modest trading company in textile yarns soon grew into a trusted sourcing and distribution partner, serving clients across India and international markets.
Building on the strong foundation of Shree Ganesh Textiles, the journey of growth and diversification continued. Recognizing the evolving needs of the industry and the importance of quality manufacturing, Kiran Spinning Mills was established in 2010 in Silvassa, Gujarat. This strategic step transitioned us from being solely a trading company to becoming an integrated manufacturer of high-quality yarns for domestic and global markets.
